Our Owner

Andrea De Leon has 20 years experience of providing strategic government relations, public affairs and community outreach plans for organizations engaged in business in the Southern California’s Inland Empire region.  Through building and maintaining substantial community involvement, delineating relevant details, and defining the project’s public objectives, De Leon devises a clear message and defines a strategy designed to effectively communicate with community members, elected officials, regional leaders and key local groups and bring success to local projects.  De Leon manages the outreach and communications to the appropriate agencies and community groups with correspondence and presentation materials based on the audience and the goals.  Utilizing a wide network of relationships with elected officials, government agency heads and key agency staff secured through a lifetime of relationship in the area, she effectively communicates the organization’s goals to achieve affirmative projects goals. 

Prior to entering into her consulting business, De Leon formerly served in government and community relations positions with the National Center for Municipal Development, Congressman R. Larry Coughlin, Congressman Ken Calvert, the Riverside Transit Agency, California State Assemblyman Dennis Hollingsworth and KB Home, Riverside Division.

For effective short and long range planning, De Leon believes in building long-term relationships, tracking proposed ordinances and legislation, analyzing the impacts and regularly communicating with key decision makers. Her experience includes project advocacy, legislative analysis, community outreach, grassroots coalition building and networking, direct negotiations with government agencies, policy advisor and program development, and regulation and funding research with public and private organizations, legislators, and government affairs offices at the local, state and federal levels. De Leon has achieved the desired positive public image and business network for housing development, transit, water and commercial and non-profit businesses.
